Desk stretches
We spend long hours sitting at our desks and often experience discomfort and stiffness. Incorporating regular stretching and exercises into our work routine can help improve our physical and mental well-being, reduce stress levels and increase productivity. Check out some simple and effective stretching that you can do while working throughout the day.
2. Head circles
Rotate head around in clockwise circles slowly. Go from ear touching shoulder to chin to chest, opposite side ear on shoulder and then eyes to the ceiling. 5 rotations slowly then switch direction.
